Candlewood Suites

The front desk lady on the night shift during 3/28/21 refused to offer adding a snack to my room. I am spire elite member and she wouldn't add a simple two bags of chips to my room. Her name is Marissa. I asked to add two bags of chips to my room number - something I've never had a problem with before since I live in hotels, and she made it the most difficult process I've ever been through. She should not be in control of the night shift if she's not aware of the process to get snacks and add them to your room charges. I am completely disappointed in her and will not recommend or come back to this location in the future. It was the simplest request.

We are just starting our stay today and Tammy went out of her way to make sure we had everything. I appreciate service and hospitality like this. The rooms are also clean and fresh.

Warning! There are thieves in this hotel. After cleaning, my belt disappeared. I turned to the hotel manager, he took my testimony. And he didn't want to do anything else. He didn't even try to find my belt. Be careful! Hotel cleaners steal your belongings.

The front desk clerk wasn't pleasant at all. The room was was great though. I loved it. Very nice.

Super nice! Comfortable, has kitchen with stove, has pool table in lobby, and the staff was amazing!! There is also a big selection of food, ice cream, and items to purchase in the lobby. It has cards you can fill out to charge these items to your room. They have board games available, as well. We would definitely stay again!!!
