Magnolia House Bed & Breakfast

My husband and I stayed at Magnolia House Bed & Breakfast 10/6/20-10/10/20 with 3 other couples who are friends of ours. We absolutely loved the bed & breakfast! Robbie & Jimmy were excellent hosts! We felt like we had the run of the place! Breakfast was delicious each morning, and Robbie made some excellent recommendations of restaurants in the area. It was walking distance to food and shops downtown. The gathering room was cozy and was stocked with waters, a coffee bar, and snacks. Our husbands enjoyed the rocking chairs on the wrap around porch in the mornings. It was a fabulous experience, and we will most certainly book this B&B again!

Stayed for 1 night on a road trip. So glad we did and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Comfortable rooms, great shared space, delicious breakfast, fantastic hosts. This place is 100% worth the stop!

My husband and I spent our anniversary (9-22-20) in Franklin and decided to stay at Magnolia House. This was our first time at a bed and breakfast and it was everything and more that we ever imagined. Upon being greeted at the door by Mrs. Robbie and walking in we were in awe. The home is very lovely, beautifully decorated and just a warm feeling. Mrs. Robbie made you feel right at home. We visited downtown Franklin that afternoon and ate at the first place Mrs. Robbie suggested, Puckett's, you don't be disappointed. After going back to the house we went to our room for the night. The room was so cozy and peaceful and the bed was so comfortable. The next morning we were served the most delicious breakfast that we are still talking about. We were the only ones at breakfast and felt like a king and queen. We're just sorry we only stayed one night there as we were traveling from Savannah to Nashville. This was our first time there and it won't be our last.

My wife and I stayed two nights along with three other couples we know, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer setup. The sunroom and back porch were so nice to relax in during the daytime and evenings, and the breakfast each morning was top-notch as well. Jimmy and Robbie really made us feel like part of their family, and I would highly recommend it to those looking for a nice, relaxing B&B stay.

This place is amazing! Super clean, cute, and great location. The couple who run it are really sweet and the food is incredible! Don't stay any where else in Franklin, your search stops here!
