These are the best people to know in Franklin! It was so easy to take my entire family only minutes from the downtown area and the property owner provided us with the most amazing restaurant recommendations as well as what was best to do in Franklin seasonally. I cold not be happier with the home, area, and hospitality. Thank you for this home away from home!!!

General's Charge is really in an awesome, central location to downtown Franklin and a host of other worthy visits in the area. It's smack dab in the area where the Battle of Franklin was fought during the Civil War, and the home itself has this classic but updated feel with some really spot on renovations that you can tell were done with a lot of TLC.nnThe space is really well thought out, very artistically inclined with a nice mix of new as well as eco features that we loved. The updated bathroom and fire pit get top vote.nnThe Rogers family are long-time natives and know a TON about Franklin and surrounding area as well as being some of the friendliest people around.nnOverall, a great vacation stay in Franklin with a great host!

This is an amazing vacation rental home. We even have a luxury RV in the back of the property to rent.
