Mac's Harpeth Bikes

I came here to buy my first little girls bike 2 years ago. Owner was very helpful in helping me chose the right one. I thought the price on the bike may have been high but he guaranteed me that it wouldn’t have any issues and was a quality bike that wouldn’t fall apart. 2 years later and it’s still going strong. I bought another one yesterday for my other little girl. Thanks for your assistance Mac.

The guy was not very helpful. As others have commented, he seems like he doesn’t like his job. I walked into the store hoping to get a new bike, but walked away disappointed. He never gave me his full attention. He was “busy” doing something else.nnIf you are going to be in retail, you have to be in your A game always. You never know who is going to stop by and leave you a bad review.

Well, This is my first time be there and the guy who were talking to it’s not as much friendly as I thought! I understand this moment it’s hard for everybody, but here is my suggestion for you: if you wanna your business stand good, you need to change the way that how you treat people!!! Such as be patient, nice and smile, and don’t be too lazy to not bring more products for the customers.

Mac is great. I know a lot about bikes (have been building them for a long time), but he was able to save me money as well as point me in a better direction on how I wanted to do some things with one of my favorite bikes. Great guy, tons of knowledge, local. Awesome! I will go out of my way to go there before ordering online, etc.

I was very disappointed today, I was shopping for a bike for my son's 10th birthday I was not aware there was such a shortage, I called this shop to inquire and was blasted with smart a** answer including he said nobody has bikes!! WRONG...found a nice mountain bike at Target 30 minutes later!!! Thanks for your non help!!ud83dude33
