This place rents by the week. You should also know that the Up Town has a very bad bed bug problem. Also the manager is a very nice lady who does whatever she can to help people out.
Worst place to stay NOT EXAGGERATING had a ceiling fall on me while showering, BED BUGS AND ROACHES ARE HORRIBLE HERE, AND THE OWNER FIXES NOTHING. The one and only working hot water tank runs 15 rooms so there's never hot water and the fuse blows all the time. Not to mention we found out a woman died in the room we were in about 2 months prior and the room was NEVER cleaned up. This place is not suitable to live in let alone rent out to people. The owner should be ashamed and take care of his property instead of PAYING OFF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT to keep the money in his pocket

Quiet , good place for people to have a place to live on these days and times.Close to stores ,etc.
