Decent park, great views, fair prices, almost NO amenities...
Pros: This park has a decent layout, with spacious, flat, monthly spots. The park is clean, the pet area kept tidy, and the staff seem very nice and helpful. All in all, a pretty nice park for the area, or as nice as can be in a desert.
Cons: Very dusty, limited to no amenities, no shade, and nothing really for the kids to do, and almost NO ONE obeys the 7mph speed limit.
All in all, this is a decent park. We've been all over the country, and to find an RV park this set up and well run, is a really rare to say the least. The only thing I think this park needs is more family-based amenities. If it had a park or 2, with some swings, and maybe some activities, it would be perfect! But I get it, not all parks can be family parks...
Great place to full time, really fair rates and great lot sizes. Could install a playground for the kids area. Also monthly side is nice if you have a wind barrier, it would be nice if they had more of them and some kind of shade at the lots for a break from the sun, and to take some pressure off your ac units.
We just spent a month at this RV park. The sites are huge, so there is great privacy. The staff, especially Jessica, were friendly and helpful. The view if the mountains and the night sky is beautiful. We hope to return to this park, so save our site. 😁
Absolutely fabulous place. Showers are clean and the laundry is free. The two ladies at the front office who I forgot their names (sorry ladies )are fantastic and very helpful. No trees but lots of parking and they have a pet yard.
Great place and great people.
Highly recommend.
