Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Smyrna

Absolutely horrible service. Check in was easy. Our room was clean. Sadly, we were a mixture of cold natured and hot natured people so it was difficult keeping everyone happy. We settled on keeping the room cooler and asked for an extra blanket to be brought up. For some reason one bed came with two blankets and the other bed had one blanket. Well the blanket never came. The next day we got in the hot tub. I felt sand like texture beneath my feet and looked down. I was standing in a pile of dirt where the tub hadn’t been cleaned in who knew how long. Gross! We went out and came back later that night. Once again we asked for a blanket. It never came so we asked again. Still no blanket even though the front desk kept saying they would bring one. Finally, we went down and asked for one in person. We were finally brought one. I will definitely stay somewhere else next visit to Nashville.

It's not bad at all, but every room I've had here some problem.nOnce there was water coming in through the bathroom ceiling, a very loose toilet seat, lights not working...nHouse keeping and Maintanance must not communicate very well.nWould I stay there again?nAbsolutely!nIt's a nice place overall and the people are very friendly.

No hospitality at the Hilton. We booked a hotel room for the evening. When we arrived at 2:30 AM, the manager, Kendall, denied our stay. He had already completed his night audit and so he denied us our room. He wanted us to buy another room. He called the local police who arrived and didn’t know what to do about his behavior.

Everything good but the location! The interview would have seen more professional if it was in the football stadium with tents & water.

The room was beautiful and tidy, but the pool is drained out and you have to use the hotel next door’s pool which requires getting in your car and they do not have a hot tub. When I arrived to my room the room itself looked clean, but in the bathroom there was toilet paper in the toilet not having been flushed, and there was an open bar of soap sitting in the shower shelf. I called front desk and Kayla was not apologetic and I had to repeat myself several times to convince her of the COVID RISK of an unclean bathroom. She offered to change me rooms but I had already put my stuff in drawers. She did send the housekeeper, Dawn, who was a delight and very quickly arrived to my room disinfected the entire bathroom from the shower to the toilet to the sink. Be wary. Check everything looks clean before setting your stuff down, and change rooms if anything seems out of place.
