Stay away!!! If I could do a negative star I would no joke. From check in to room cleanliness. Out dated rooms stunk like cigarettes everywhere. We were there for 15 minutes before we finally got an uber to run out of there and then when we were leaving staff was super indifferent didn't even ask why nothing. Then when we had our company cancel he called mad to argue that why did we do that? Horrible!

I found the room online for $50 and showed it to the employee at the window but he said the rooms was not that cheap and charged me $69. Nastiest place i ever stayed in. The sink faucet would not turn off and the sink towel was dirty and grungy, so I threw it in the corner. The bed was sunken in the center and the windows was so dirty you couldn't see out of them and mirrors were so nasty you couldn't see yourself. OMG the bathroom towel rack as so filthy that we didn't use the towels touching it but the shower was just as bad so we left the next morning with no shower.

So I checked into this hotel because the rates seemed good online. Then after paying and being over charged I was told I would get a refund for the difference. When I was charged $14 more instead of refund I brought it up to the manager/ employees I was told that there’s nothing they can do because they show a refund. But on my account I was charged again. They can take money from you but can’t put it back which my account draws interest on my money and they can’t even Reimbursed me for my losses because of false advertisement. Why would anybody want to do business here?

Worst experience ever! Rooms stink of smoke even though they enforce a no smoking policy. The rooms is neglected and dirty, no maintenance in months! There was no hot water to shower with. On closer inspection I also found bed bugs in my bed, I took photos but will not add fuel to the flame by posting it here... All I can say is NEVER AGAIN!!!
