The employees were wonderful, the 2nd manager is very rude, the day we had to leave it was pouring rain, I have no Head lights on my vehicle so I left it there for 2 days and she had it towed! Now because of her my 4 children and I have no clothes or shoes, everything was in our van, now I can't even afford to get it out, what a horrible thing to do to a family of 6, we were there for 3 months and that's the appreciation we get! O and they never not once came to vacuum or see if we needed anything for our room!

Bedbugs and roaches! Roach fell off the refrigerator as I first opened the door. Immediately went to office and asked for refund. Front desk said no and asked if I wanted another room. What choice did I have, I paid for a full month. Found bedbugs and left 2 weeks early. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Total money lost $700. Night manager said he would try and talk to day manager that said no refunds. Nothing was done.

I've never had any issues with this place . Friendly and attentive staff , easy parking , and the people in the area are nice . They have mini kitchens in some rooms , I'm not sure if they all do or not . Seems like they keep the place pretty clean. Prices are reasonable.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and I will never stay again. The deadbolt was broken, there were stains on the carpet and a black substance in the corner of the shower. I also had to call the local police department for a noise complaint because the 3 numbers that the front desk gave me for after hours help went unanswered. I called multiple times over the next 2 weeks with no answer. I reached out to Hotels.com and they said that the front desk has no record of my complaints or my calls. Save your money people; this place isn’t worth it.

Nice staff from what i can tell. Will not stay here again. Rooms are very small. You have to PAY to rent pots and pans, then separately PAY for forks plates and cups to go in your room. On top of all that, after driving all day I was woke up at 5 am to fire alarm going off. KEEP DRIVING!!!!!!!
