Holiday Inn Express Murfreesboro Central

Great hotel for our 1/2 way stop overnight traveling to Florida or on our drive back home.nThe beds were very comfortable with soft cozy covers.nThe staff were very nice.nSimple bagged breakfast to go due to COVID, consisting of wrapped sweet rolls, muffins, a red apple, bottled juice, and yogurt.nI was disappointed that when I attempted to reserve our room over the phone while traveling. I had hoped to use some of my accumulated Rewards Points for a free night. But it wasn't reflected for us upon check-in.

The staff actually cares about people.nStopped here when we were driving through, we just needed a place to rest for a few hours. The guy at the counter warned us about a huge storm that was coming earlier than we expected. Instead of taking advantage and taking our money- he suggested we get at least an hour up the road so we wouldn't be stranded. We made it home safe and did not get stranded- thanks dude.

It is not terrible or sin any way did the staff not fully fulfill their duties. However the property is tired and showing many signs of ware. The beds need to be replaced, the mattress is done which was very concerning to me. I really like Holiday in expresses but this one is needing some attention.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. Location is good, walking distance to food and shopping. The facility is old mostly bathroom and carpet should be renew.

The people are very helpful. They are nice.nThey answered all my questions.Its also clean and smells good.
