Courtyard by Marriott Jackson

Check in was excellent, wonderful reception. Room comfortable, nice big chair and table that rolls out from desk that was great for having dinner. Only issue was in the morning. Front desk person had mask under her nose and the 2 guests in lobby getting coffee/breakfast were not masked at all. We left quickly. If I wanted that experience I could have stayed at a cheap hotel. We are SO close to getting past this. Mask Up Marriott.

Our stay was beyond our expectations! Very clean inside and out, the staff were phenomenal, especially Melanie and Paxton. We loved the courtyard with the firepit. If you're staying with a pet, CHOOSE THIS ONE! They treated our little Mia just like one of the human guests. We were very, very pleased!

Convenient. Spacious room. Unfortunately there was nobody at the front desk when we arrived. Waited quite a while for receptionist to come. Bathroom had mold in the shower and around the drain in the sink. Musty smell in the room. Appears the hallway and elevators hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Someone knocked on our door at 6:45 am. Reported to receptionist who didn’t seem to care.

Very clean and spacious room. I Iike it dark when I sleep and The blinds blocked out every bit of light....perfection!!!

Clean place to stay. Very comfy rooms. This review has four stars because the hot water can take 20 to 25 minutes to reach a room. So if you need to get up and take a shower, be sure to get up 20 minutes early and turn on the hot water. Get some extra sleep. Then go back and check to see if the hot water has arrived yet. Yes it's that bad. Not every room is like this, the farther you are away from the hot water tank, the longer you wait.
