Residence Inn by Marriott Jackson

Very clean hotel. Our bathroom was forgotten on last clean but was no big deal to clean. We had our dogs so service to room was not option for us with their schedule. I had to change out towels every 2 days and hate to be a burden but Kendrick was very accommodating and helped me without a problem. Its customer service like his that brings me back. Thank you Kendrick!

We stayed 6 nights at the Residence inn at Jackson, TN. Everyone here was wonderful! Very easy to work with and very accommodating. We had to change our original arrival date 2 or 3 times, wasn't a problem. Very friendly staff.

Epic stay, newer hotel with great accommodations. Particularly one host/ receptionist fella that went over and above multiple times. Only negative was out of the 3 different rooms we stayed in two had some repairs/ unfinished work in them like sheetrock repairs and one of the showers had a fail mixer (the shower water supply/ handle) and the fire alarms go off with steam really easily.

The staff there were wonderful very caring individuals. Keith, Kendrick and jasmine where always there to greet us and help with anything we needed even just to chat. They made my disabled friend and i feel comfortable so far away from home.
