SpringHill Suites by Marriott Jackson

Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Great design improvements over the SpringHill Suites in Greensboro, NC. Breakfast was fairly decent for the Pandemic. Nice selection of pre-packaged cakes & muffins, milk, fruit & yogurt and good teas. Would recommend and would likely stay again if in the area.

Wow. Incredible hotel. From the moment we pulled up I knew this place was going to be nice. I called and reserved our room from the road we got to check in early which was awesome because well.....we were early. Except for the strong smell of cannibus on the elevator the lobby is beautiful. We easily found our room and ran into housekeeping on our way (she was incredibly sweet!!!) We walked into our room and WOW it's so beautiful and big and the most thoughtful hotel I've been too. Let me tell you why, there is a bench over the air conditioner TO PUT THINGS AH!!!! there is a hook right outside the shower to hang your towel so you don't have to put it on the toilet (like most hotels) there were paper plates (wrapped in plastic for sanitary reasons) with plastic utensils STOP IT!!! THOUGHTFULNESS OVERLOAD!!! The fridge and microwave are beautifully hidden in a cupboard, the shower is huge the bathroom is huge the beds are comfortable there is a whole desk/office blocked off from the beds a huge couch I cannot say enough....it'sclean the staff is friendly if you are a weary traveler or just driving through town.....if you just need a glamorous night away from life....STAY HERE!!!!!!

Had a very pleasant stay here with the wife and kiddos. The property is well maintained and very clean. Staff were customer oriented and accommodating.

All around great experience! Rooms were excellent..very spacious and had everything you could want! Customer service was excellent as well..fast and efficient

Very new property. Super clean. . great location. Quiet as could be expected that close to the interstate.
