Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kodak East-Sevierville

A nice quiet hotel off the highway and close to food, gas and stores. Very friendly front desk, clean rooms and a big breakfast with nice staff as well. They have masks, gloves and sanitizer in the lobby and have signs up to limit exposure. Overall a nice stay!

Very friendly staff. Breakfast every morning was good even tho limited selections.Right next door to Outdoor World. Would definitely stay again. Oh and has indoor pool.

This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Opened the door to an empty Pepsi bottle half filled with a mysterious yellow liquid. Dead lady bugs all under the window and something splattered on the bathroom mirror. We had issues with the key cards two times and had to ask for toilet paper. Coffee downstairs was very good, though!

Our room was disgusting. There was a strange smell in the sheets/comforter, and the bathroom didn’t smell any different. Not ever going to book here again.

Stay there Monday night good service stayed there Saturday night lost my reservations said I didn't have any ask for certain Room that gave it away got into the Room TV didn't work,desk chair was broken night time maintenance guy tried to fix it but nothing. Went to the front desk next morning talked to the gal she said oh sorry but didn't offer anything else, I said I don't think I should pay for the hole Room that was not a complete Room she said oh sorry I all ready check you out(not ture)I will give you points though I said no keep the points will never be back. Also scheduled to pool like we were supposed to for us to have it ended up filled with kids just walking in jumping in not very covid alert at this hotel Do not recommend hotel.
