Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Sevierville Kodak

This was, by far, the best hotel experience I have had in the midst of the pandemic. Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to my family. Lori went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us and even had little goodie bags ready for my kids. It's experiences like this that keep us traveling with Marriott. Thank you to the whole Friday/Saturday staff!

Very friendly staff on the phone and in person, the GM was more than helpful about any concerns that we had. Clean rooms, nice variety of a quick breakfast, great location especially if you want to be close to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg but also wanting to stay close to the interstate. Bass Pro is within walking distance as well as The Chop House which is very convenient if you want to stay close to your hotel. Will definately be my first choice of stay each time I visit the area.

They have house keeping staff hooking out of there will never come back

We arrived late at night and the staff was so helpful, friendly, and extremely accommodating!! They went out of their way to assist my group in getting rooms next to each other and making us feel welcome! Definitely a great home away from home for our nights stay after a long motorcycle ride! Thank you!
