New Hotel Collection Smoky Mountains

5 out 5nnLoved my stay here. Staff were awesome, rooms were clean, amenities wise everything was there to get us going. Anything we needed we asked by calling the desk and they brought it up to our room. Only downside was construction and workers were taking up all of the parking spaces. We will return to this property in future for sure.

We stayed here twice actually, the first time it was very new and they didn’t have curtains so it was definitely no sleeping in at this hotel but the staff was more then accommodating for it the hotel is beautiful and spacious and definitely worth the price, pool and restaurant I can’t speak on due to Covid they weren’t finished either time I visited. But I would definitely recommend it’s not far from all the attractions either, I’m sure when the hotel is finished if it isn’t already it’s a 5/5

The size of the room you get is very spacious, the fireplace was a very nice touch that we enjoyed the use of. The bedrooms are spacious too. I will definitely be booking again for longer! The full kitchen was also a plus! And it was just a few minutes away from the attractions and the walking tour. Made our short trip in TN fullfilling!

I called directly to the hotel to book the reservation. Zachary was so pleasant and helpful on the phone. He did inform me there was some construction so I was not surprised when I arrived. We drove from Florida and arrived early. We were able to check in early (luckily). Zachary was able to accommodate the special requests I made for the reservation (health issue related). The room was immaculate. I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Everything I needed in the kitchen was there. There is an ice maker and filter on the freezer. There are memory foam beds which was a wonderful plus (I have a Temperpedic at home and when I stay away, have issues with uncomfortable beds). Lots of closet space. This is ideal for an extended stay. Zachary was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Erica was great as well. There is no 24 hour person in the lobby, but there is a phone number in case you need anything. The shower head is in the middle of the shower which is great, but if you don't want to get your hair wet, bring a shower cap. There is a wonderful coffee shop attached to the hotel. Honey Bee coffee. They roast their own coffee. There is a coffee maker in the room, a toaster, dishwasher, garbage compactor, oven, microwave and full size fridge/freezer.The hotel is on a main road in Seveirville, so it is walking distance from many conveniences. There is a farmers market on Friday and one on Saturday within walking distance (seasonal). The view was great, city and mountains, the Dolly statue is a block away, it is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so you can enjoy the hustle and bustle but don't have to be in the center of it all the whole time. Very close to the National Park as well. The overall experience, cleanliness, value, and customer service gets 5 stars!

room was excellent..clean and new..the hotel is also away from the heaviest crowds and that was nice..easy walk to fast food and drug store
