Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sevierville-Kodak, TN

I've never stayed at a Country Inn before and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms wee clean, the beds comfortable and the staff was really friendly. The free breakfast in the morning was perfect. It changed daily but always had cereal, fruit, yogurt and fresh make your own waffles. There was an indoor pool, gym and a nice fire pit. They had a variety of books that you could take to read and return anytime you finished. The front desk helped with directions and ideas on things to see. I'll definitely stay again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The shower was great with a Bluetooth speaker. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of hot and cold items. The heated, indoor pool is open 24 hours. Check in was very fast and the lady was very nice! All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Friends came to town for New Year's Eve and we wanted to point them a few minutes from downtown. We made a great choice with this place. Dog friendly, super clean and modern, the rooms seemed fairly spacious and well designed. Nice gas fireplace outside provided a break from the pool and the kids. Front staff on the evening shift could have done with a bit more customer service training, but we were greeted warmly this morning. Minutes away from food, grocery, and pharmacy- and a few more minutes to downtown.

Great value!!!! This place feels like a 4 star hotel. Extremely clean, comfortable, and stylish.The complimentary breakfast goes FAR beyond continental. We had breakfast burritos and biscuits and gravy. The free shuttle to downtown was the cherry on top. Highly recommend

They advertised early check in option..We requested early check-in because we have a guest with us that takes dialysis and needed to rest due to dialysis. One person said it would be fine. The next said we can't accommodate you all. That was a bad start. But a quick finish. We found another hotel to accommodate all our rooms. This location got 1 day but the next hotel got 5 days X 3 rooms. Thanks but no thanks
