Extended Stay America - Nashville - Brentwood - South

This is the best place as far as a place that you might need to call your home for a long period of time or even a short period of time. My family and I have not had any kind of problems or issues here and it is very quiet. The other tenants here have all been very nice and helpful here also. Laundry room is always clean and washers are always available. Will recommend Extended Stay anytime and any day. 5 stars

Nice place. Clean and friendly staff. Just make sure the reservation line communicates the need for a ground level or handicapped room. Thought that's what I was getting but got surprised with a 3rd floor instead. Didn't know they couldnt accommodate until checking in. Would've made other accommodations if I'd known.

I wasn't even in my room for 5 minutes before I found 4 bugs in the bathroom and a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain immediately, I got a new room and found yet another bug in my bed and had to ask for new sheets.nnThey were really nice and respectful about it and willing to help me move rooms and all but they need to clean their rooms way better. Sweet people but terrible cleanliness.

My King suite might have been on the 3rd floor, but everything was amazing. The check in, the person behind the counter, the amenities, very helpful staff, super nice room. I will be back to stay here again when visiting with my family.
