Absolutely disrespectful staff. Customer service skills is a must and they have absolutely zero in this store.

Won’t be shopping here again...

Super clean facility. Everyone was courteous and directed me where to go. I was looking for a pair Chacos and Owen helped me find a pair that fit perfectly. Thanks man, they feel awesome! Hope to come back here again in the near future.

I went in to use a $250 gift certificate. I looked all over the store for 36/34 pants and only found an extremely low amount of choices.... The shoes didn’t have the quality REI had when the stores first opened years ago!! The limited options were very disappointing and I left with not spending any of the $250 Gift Card. REI has become stagnant and are operating on name only!!! I hope REI can get out of their comfort zone and start taking more risks in their marketing and having a better selection of choices in their menswear!!! For many years they were on the cutting edge but seem to have become stagnant!!!

I have always loved REI, I have always been happy to pay a little more to be a part this community and support what they stand for, but I am so sick and tired of all the rude people who work here. So this is it, after how I was treated and how my wife and 2 year old son were treated today (2/20/21), I will never spend another dime in any REI location ever again. I will happily take my business online. Good riddance.
