Room was filthy! Hair was all over the bathroom floor and counters. Not reassuring considering Covid 19 and uncleanliness. The bedding is very thin and everything needs updating. Prices are comparable to outside lodging. Only would stay by requirements! Would never be my first choice!
Hotel bed was worse than deployed mattress and/or cots I have slept on. It was quite literally hard as a rock, I usually have no problem sleeping but could not sleep on the hotel bed. Room had years of grime and somehow smelled like a barn (sadly not exaggerating). Hopefully the new lodging building(s) will be competed soon and furnished with remotely comfortable beds.
The TLF quarters are nicenRoomy and clean.
Great place to stay in Charleston! Very clean room! And close to downtown and all attractions. Base exchange is walking distance and free laundry on site! Front desk staff was very accommodating! We plan on staying here again when we go on our cruise out of Port Charleston Terminal. Thank you for making our stay an awesome one!
Arrived late but front desk clerk was friendly and checked me in quickly. Same for the next day desk clerk who gave me directions to the Exchange. The room is dated (that's why the star bump) but clean and comfortable. There's a laundry room that is free for guests. I'll be staying here in the future.
