Super impressed with this hotel/staff. We needed a last minute overnight stay on 3/24 because our kids couldn’t be in the car any longer driving home. I called and the man on the phone was so friendly and took time to help me pick the best room. When we got there, he had SET UP the pack n play for us in our room with different sheet choices. I thought this was so thoughtful. He was so friendly and made our stay very comfortable. Our room was clean and perfect for our family and a GREAT PRICE! We got there too late to try any of the amenities but overall, super impressed.
The beds are worn out, the springs were poking me. The coffee maker area was dirty and dusty and the mirror was filthy . The baseboards were dirty and dusty. It’s really dated and scratched and worn . My tv kept loosing signal.nOnly one k cup for coffee.nThere was plenty of room, bathroom was very clean, plenty of towels and shampoo and cups. The rest of the room was pretty clean and the air worked well.nThe staff was very helpful, although she was new and some folks were being very selfish and rude,she handled everyone with respect .nI wasn’t happy that the pool was closed either. Not at that price.
Clean room and very polite staff! Helpful and friendly. Hotel clean as well. Pool was closed due to COVID and breakfast wasn't too exciting, but I love staying at La Quinta because of their pet friendly policy.
The first room we had the heat didn't work. Before we could pack everything up and get down stairs, the night manager had created new keys, checked the heat in the new room and met us in the hallway!! Amazing service! Great location if you are using the Stillwater surgical center!
Rooms are clean! Super friendly staff. Have stayed here in the past, will definitely stay here again, plus, its just outside of town(not to far), nice and quiet!
