When we arrived, the rooms were old and outdated, which I could handle. They had a weird stench to it that wasn’t very pleasant. We found a dead bug on the bathroom floor and a random pill, you could tell they hadn’t cleaned the floors. The only thing that seemed like it had been changed/cleaned were the sheets. Our first night I found a bug and wasn’t entirely sure what it was. The second night I was woken up at 3 am with a COCKROACH crawling on my arm! I didn’t sleep the rest of the night. I found at least 3 more before we left the place. I called the next day to inform them and see if I could get a refund (we had to leave before I could physically go talk to them)and the hotel only offered me 60$. I paid over 120$ a night to stay in this place! When I talked on the phone they acted sympathetic and surprised and as if it really wasn’t that big of a deal. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Homecoming weekend and they charged just under $170.00 per night for a double queen. The outside looked questionable from the beginning. Manager was extremely pleasant. I had to throw shoulder into the door just to get in the room. Ceiling looks like it could collapse at any time, sheets had stains on them, all the furniture was in throw away state and property overall was not well kept. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life and this one was by far the worst I have ever seen. Please take my advise and RUN from this place. Good luck!!

I wasn't expecting much, but this place was a little below my expectations. The first thing I noticed upon entering the room was a musky smell and then, the flies. I immediately sprayed my room with body spray and tried to kill the flies by making it really cold in my room. I took a nap and had flies buzzing in my ear. It was not pleasant. There was a gap in the door when it was closed that bugs and flies could easily come through. Also the room was kind of grimey. It didn't feel clean, maybe because it was a bit run-down, the weird smell and the spider's web on the lamp. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. I liked the small fridge and microwave. There's also free HBO.nnI did not try the breakfast.Very good location close to campus though, I probably would not stay here again.
