First let me say we always stay at this hotel we we come into town which is usually about once a month. This past weekend was the 2nd time in a row we were displeased. ud83eudd22nThe room was dirty. And had that gross feel. Cheerios under the curtain, dust gathered up in corners especially carpeted area and the irons were ruining clothing. The pool was filthy. Had a slimy feel to it and definitely needs to be re plastered in the bottom. Hate seeing this twice now but we may be changing our hotel now after 3 years and 36 stays.nnThe staff is always amazing however. I do want to say that. Very friendly and always smiling.
Loved my stay! The fireplace is such a nice touch. I had originally booked at the nearby Holiday Inn and was disgusted by the condition of the rooms. I called over to the residence inn and was immediately impressed by the friendly staff. We will be staying here from now on!
Great room, great price. I stayed here two weeks ago on a work trip and the front desk worker SarahBeth was incredibly nice. She even remembered me when I checked in again this week!
This location is considered pet friendly! I always rack here, and it's a very clean place. It's a home away from home.nnOne thing, l just wish the beds were a little softer.... Otherwise, we can't complain. ,
Decent hotel. Friendly staff. If you fly in to Stillwater airport you better get a vehicle. I was on a short business trip. I expected to use taxi or Uber. They don’t run very early morning or late night. Getting to a 6:30am flight will pretty much involve walking to the airport.nnOther than no local ground transport the hotel and staff are friendly.
