I am an airline pilot. I spend alot of time in hotels. Please say NO to this place unless you don't mind loud and dirty rooms and NO cleaning, sheets or towels unless your stay exceeds 5 days. Really? You have to be kidding. Never again. I am somewhat turned off on all Holiday Inns because of this place. Dirty rooms to begin with. Wrinkled sheets with crumbs in them makes me believe they may not have even changed them from the last guest. Horrible. There are many good hotels nearby. The only reason I gave them any stars is that they actually had my reservation and decent wifi. Im being generous with 2 stars. We will never stay here again.
Nice place, but the breakfast I always look forward too was not being allowed due to Covid hysteria. Also when asked about 'cheap' places to eat, the night check in guy recommended am expensive Italian place. Found a Wendy's down the road.

I just wanted to call out the kindness of your hotel staff Kevin! I had made some poor decision on my traveling home on Saturday, February 22nd and thought I could just pop in to grab a room! Every place was full! I was a bit emotional! Kevin gave me some kind words, a blessing and checked the next town up the road north to locating another Holiday Inn Express and they had a room! Thank you for your kindness Kevin! You are truly a wonderful representative for your company!
I don’t know who is responsible for this, but the elevator door closes way too quickly and is dangerous. We were getting on after about 4 people got off and it closed on us while walking in. The door hit my 6 month old in the head, causing a knot. We will be following up with our doctor as needed. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me with Holiday Inn letting us know whether they’ve looked into slowing down the “over efficiency” of the elevator door in their hotels. We spend a lot of stays at Holiday Inn, typically, and this may determine whether we continue to have stays in the future.
