My wife and I checked in late on the evening of 1/30/2020 after being on the road for hours. When we arrived to check into the hotel I realized that I had mistakenly put the wrong arrival date on the reservation when I made it and we really didn't have a room waiting for us. Seeing how tired we were and without hesitating Christina told us she was going to prepare a room and it would be a few minutes while she did that. She had already worked a double shift that day and it would have been much easier for her to tell us we didn't have a room and sent us out the door. Christina truly exemplified empathy and genuine hospitality, which is not so common anymore. She had a smile on her face the entire time and made us feel welcome and cared for. She is definitely a huge asset for that hotel!
Absolutely love it. They're so helpful and welcoming. They brought up dish soap from their kitchen for me so I could wash my son's bottles. Very clean, and love how they're handling the virus. Could not recommend it more!
REALLY ENJOYED OUR VISIT, AND WAS PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE STAY
Nice place. Quiet. Clean
I've stayed here twice, both times the bathroom was dirty. First time there was hair in the shower and sink. Second time the toilet was dirty and the floor was gross, it had hair, nail clippings, and urine on the floor. I won't stay here again.
