Got our room at a decent rate, but we had no towels, no cups, no ice bucket, and no mini fridge in our room. When we attempted to get towels, the night manager was incredibly rude and only gave us two towels (2 adults and 2 kids in the room). Pending the results of how much the hotel compensates us for the issues, I'll update this as necessary.
Sara at this hotel was very helpful from the moment I spoke with her. She was polite, professional, empathetic and compassionate. She went so far above and beyond her job to make sure that I was taken care of. My experience with Sara makes me feel that it is my responsibility to give her the very highest ranking that I can.nThanks again!
In all honesty I wouldn’t even give it a star. The is the most horrible place there is. It is freezing rain outside and the front desk wouldn’t let my mom get a room. She had her husband’s license and card so she could get a room because he is working until 11 tonight and they told her she couldn’t get a room until he was there to book it because it’s his card. They are married. What idiots.
This place was GREAT! Our car broke down, was in the shop 3 days. They assigned us a suite, it was a great room. Abolutely excellant service, VERY reasonable room rates, great location. Our room was $75/day!
We have stayed in this hotel on several occasions- our first was in March of 2019. This hotel was fairly new at that time (MAYBE a year old) and CLEAN! We were excited to find a nice, clean place to stay on our trips to Stillwater to visit our daughter. Fast forward 10/2020, the place smells very musty and the room that we stayed in smelled like a smoking room. No soap due to COVID im sure....but there was no mention or offer of any toiletries upon check in. We have stayed at hotels during this time where they have had toiletry bags available upon check in. This will be our last stay here!
