The room was fine. Elevators were broken but they put us on the first floor. Restaurant/bar is closed. The place was empty.nnIt has all the potential to be an amazing hotel but really needs some TLC.
Wonderful place, great free hot breakfast, wonderful employees in all areas!
Lobby is nice. Rooms are old. Decor is dated. Bed was clean and comfortable.
Room had dust everywhere and night deak clerk would blare music through the lobby speakers. Woke up my kids at 2am for 2 nights in a row. The door to the balcony when I tried to open it was fixing to rip the wall out with it. Things werent even wiped down. Ive stayed in many hotels traveling and this one I won't go back to.
I was extremely disappointed and unhappy with our stay. We were grossly overcharged for our room, it was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke when we walked in. We noticed cockroaches on the wall AND I was bitten by bedbugs during the night. I do not believe the pool is heated, it was like ice water and the hottest is out of service. The free breakfast consists of cold pastrys and granola bars. I couldn't wait to leave, just hoping now I didn't bring any pests home with me.ud83dude2bud83dudc4e
