The room was absolutely disgusting! We checked in only to find a toilet filled with human waste and toilet paper, the bed linens had tiny bugs, hair, and shoe prints on them, the water was freezing cold so I wasn’t able to bathe my child the night we checked in nor the morning we woke up to leave...that’s unsanitary!!! I was told the room rate would be taken care of for the unsanitary conditions, but when I checked out I still had to pay $240! The girl at the front desk said she wasn’t allowed to call the manager because he was sleeping.
Book a hotel through Priceline about 6:30. I arrived at 10:30 and was told there was no room. They tried to blame Priceline for not giving them my phone number or email address. I asked him if they called Priceline to get that information or to tell them the room was overbooked they didn't. Pretty lazy in my book. And then to offer there's plenty of other hotels in town I have a secondary source at 11 p.m. is not the right thing to say to a paying customer
Really dirty. Would not recommend staying here. The staff was very kind and gave me a full refund. I left and went to the Residence Inn.
booked in advance and when we arrived were given two different stories about why we didn’t have a room and they wouldn’t give a corporate number or assistant in any way whatsoever to find us a place to sleep after driving 5 hours with a dog
It was extremely dirty and in I’ll repair. Dirty windows, filthy floors, wallpaper peeling off walls, smudges and stains on walls, front automatic door broken, rocks on exterior walls broken off, and more I’ve forgotten.
