Spent 170 on the king suite so my 4 & 2 yr old could have a night away after recently losing their Dad. I understand hotels need some sort of quietness to sleep but we got a complaint at 6pm because someone was sleeping and they could hear my kids. Front desk was respectful about it but just wanted my kids to laugh and enjoy somewhere new. Only other complaint from me was my son found a dirty q-tip in a drawer. The room itself was amazing, nice jet tub and huge shower. Bed was super comfortable.
The place is very nice and the gentleman checking me in was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was there was no hot water in the showers. I am hoping this was just a rush day where lots of showers were used cause it is a nice place. I would stay again just hope water issue is fixed.
The pool the hot tub the room was great! Although we needed help 3 times for the door to be unlocked. And the tv wouldn't work twice! Bummer
Stayed on over night work trip it was really pretty inside outside they’re super comfortable we have a cowboy suite which is a must!! The staff was all super friendly I will return back to this hotel again if I’m ever in the area
The staff here are absolutely amazing!! The front desk was wonderful about everything even when our party's birthday cake set off the smoke alarm.
