Clean and friendly a wonderful support staff. Loved it
Mixed review here.nRoom comfortable. Barn door cumbersome especially during night. Likes the pull out trays in bathroomnOk. Nigjt clerk was extremely helpful. We are here for funeral and asked for later checkout and she was accommodating. Now switch to daylight register staff the exact opposite. Poor to none in.the customer service department. I know covid has changed how hotel.are doing breakfast. The hotel has a choice err on the side of going the extra mile or just provide something and call it done. That's what this hotel has chosen. 2oz juices for adults. No tea. Nice hotel but I think .some needs training in pubic relations.
We are always impressed with Hampton Inn. Muskogee Hampton Inn is highly recommended. Nice clean, comfortable rooms, with great amenities. We will be back.
Visited while my husband was traveling for work. It was a very peaceful stay and the rooms are nicely decorated. I can tell that there must have been a leak in the hotel somewhere, but I must say that the patch work is better than what I've seen in other hotels. I didn't know what to expect coming to this small town, but you can actually fid many popular chain restaurants here and even a mall. Starbucks is within walking distance, so cheers to that.
Stayed on business. Staff is friendly. Wear a mask. The microwave and refrigerator was nice to have as well has having the quick trip nearby. Pillows were very soft so if you like a firm pillow bring one from home. The experience was very good
