Had to do some work there, so it wasn't a pleasure cruise. But, from what I've seen of mobile home parks, this one looks pretty good. Seems to be well kept and the people I did meet were very nice.
I lived at valley woods for 7 years. I owned my trailer and I prepaid my lot rent a month in advanced reach month. I had paid a deposit before I moved in. I have the required notice for me to move once I bought a house. I sold my trailer to a man who owned a company and he tried to sell the trailer to families who wanted it to stay at valley woods. The owner Judy refused for them to stay without even letting them put in an application. She said it was due to the septic tank, however a trailer was being put in from across the way before I moved out so this couldn't have been the issue. She said I can't get my deposit back until the trailer is moved. But she won't allow anybody to more in and the trailer has been sold and someone else is responsible for this. I put my notice in like she requested. I don't recommend living at valley woods or cross creek because they own that to. I was a good resident and I deserve my deposit back. I did nothing wrong and followed her process.
Great mobile home park. The owners ensure decent, respectful, and kind people. It's also located in a no outlet road so it's to know your neighbors. Just a great place to live.
I came to visit a friend here, and the neighbors are friendly and the area is very quiet. I have enjoyed my stay here and its very well maintained and lawns clean.
