The room was fine.. The noise however was NOT! Between the street drag-gracing and the fighting in the hotel my sister and I got next to no sleep.. Will NOT be visiting again.
Me and my family enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and the bed was sooo comfortable lol. The hotel is located nearby a hospital so I will say to expect to hear sirens every now and then, but overall my stay was pleasant.
After our stay I submitted the review below to the hotel. A few days later I received an email saying my review could not be posted because it contained “legally sensitive content”. I read through the review guidelines and my review was within the guidelines. I’m assuming this was their attempt to keep bad reviews off their site which is very deceptive and disappointing.nnOriginal Review:nn“Unfortunately, I hated my stay here. We heard sirens, loud cars and/or booming music every night of our 4 night stay.nnThe hotel room was in desperate need of repairs:nThe shelf in the closet was barely hanging on to the wall.nnThe ice and water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work.nnThe power button didn’t work on one of the TV remotes.nnThe closets did not have any hangers.nnThe AC in one of the bedrooms made a loud rattling noise. It was difficult to hear the TV when the AC was on.nnThere were ants in the kitchenette and living room.”
