Gun shots. You will get checked at night. People will try to get in your door so there’s that. If it ain’t BestWestern, Holiday Inn, or Red Roof, then it’s an automatic no. Won’t be making that mistake again.
I was very disappointed with this room. Our sockets didn't work, the covers look dirty, the wall had bullet holes, the peep hole in the door was filled with nasty tissue, no extra bath cloths or towels. When I called the front desk she was very rude and absurd. I highly recommend you not ever go here!
The Budgetel was a nice economy level hotel. Some people complain about the neighborhood it's located in but I didn't see a lot of issues going on while I was there. Also it is conveniently located near a pretty decent size shopping plaza that includes: Mobile shops, fast food, and a couple of clothing shops.
If I could give this place 0 starts I would I’m not from North Carolina but the fact that I moved here and started staying in this hotel I want to go back home and be homeless I rather be homeless then stay here another night
