Hot and sticky. Food and cigarette butts on the back stairs. It was really dirty. I've seen it cleaner than this before.
Place was clean, the room I had was clean and beds made. Bathrooms are a bit small, but bedroom is decently sized. There are mini fridges, TV, small coffee machine, and a safe. The bathroom door in our room wouldn't close though. Everything else was good.
The front desk personnel was very indeed RUDE! She would not let me get in a word edge wise. The lack of customer service is disgusting!
Room was not clean Period. At the very least I expected a clean bathroom and fresh linen . I requested that the house keeping staff clean it. She came w/a wet rag need i say more. I'm getting new linen & doing it myself. This is really the worst & it's crazy because I was just at one last week Ithat was awesome. The only thing good here is the guy at the front desk. It made me put in the 1 star in order to submit
