Hampton's well conceived redo of this facility three years ago is still fresh and very tastefully designed. The staff displayed exceptional (yes, its an overused word, but true in this case) professionalism in dealing with a problem. Good people and a good facility--what more is there. Oh, and also a good location--quiet and very convenient to services.
I have stayed here before, 2 years ago, and it was great, BUT this time.... Not great. The hotel definitely showed wear and tear and our walls had been patched with a different shade of paint.... Looked horrible. Our comforter had a gross looking brown stain on it at check-in. Not something that could have possibly been missed when prepping the room. The hotel had definitely gone down hill and it is disappointing. The bright spot of our stay was Mrs. Nancy, who took care of the breakfast!! She was so friendly and caring. I do have to say that the staff was really nice and we appreciated that.
First stay here and as usual, Hampton does not disappoint. This location was very clean and room was well stocked, clean and well laid out. The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping were very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again if in the area.
This was an unsatisfying visit. The bathrooms were the worst part! The first room we were assigned the bathroom was disgusting! The shower floor was crusty and unpleasant to the eye. We ask for a new room and the front desk staff was definitely a great help. We got a new room and the bed was not made! But there was a clean seal on the door. We then went to the front desk again and they gave us another room that was supposed to be an upgrade to a suit. That bathroom shower was also nasty and crusty. We decided not to stay at this hotel. Horrible experience but great front desk staff!
Beautifully modern & sparkling clean rooms! Amazing customer service. Perfect location! I will staying for a couple of months so I do not provide this review lightly. Cleanliness, safety, service, and comfort are deal breakers for me. I tried 3 other 3 s5ar hotels.in the area before I landed here. Wish I'd come here first!
