Really nice place to stay while scoping out Raleigh! Stayed for 5 nights with two kids who are age 7 and 9. Pool was a little cold but the kids had a blast!
Upon arrival the room had a really sour smell, which I assumed was due to it not being used in a while. Further inspection led to the discovery of a very dirty and unclean remote control. Also found mold in the bathroom and a major cluster of mold on the light above the shower. Made staff aware of this issue and was informed he couldn’t do anything till he talked to his GM. Never heard anything else from them. Definitely will not stay again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to stay either.
Please do not book at this location. The management team conducts bad business. After trying to speak with the General Manager for more than a week, he finally agreed to speak with me. This conversation went absolutely no where. He stated to me that he could not help me with my refund and that it was not this locations fault. After trying to provide proof that i did everything on my side he still did not bother to help. While on the phone he conducted himself rudely and unprofessional. No General Manager should use profanity towards it’s customers, which he did. I will never book here again and I highly suggest you think about booking here.
They was very friendly and nice well spoken they even gave me breakfast I was there to pick up some of my Capitol events equipment pipe and drapes for kid's party in the hotel ball room I also work for Grand Rental Station in Cary in Raleigh North Carolina come on down and get y'all next wedding house party event equipment we got tables tents and very much more to choose from tell them Dwayne bass sent you and have a blessed day?
They have not kept up with the maintenance of the rooms here. The rooms were a little dirty and all the shampoo and soap dispensers empty. Highly disappointing since it use to be really nice.
