This is a wonderful city, a great hotel. The hotel is artistically Laid out and the room was beautiful. Felt very protected and clean. I went here because the reservation desk said they had a hot breakfast, except for the speciality omelet. We did not make it for the evening drinks and snacks, but looked forward to the “hot” breakfast..... it was disappointing. But other than that, it was a classy hotel.
Rooms were nice. Fitness room was roomy. Manager drink special had 2 goose island ipa draft. Goat cheese strawberry salad with raspberry dressing add grilled salmon was da bomb.
Thanks Devon for making my families experience exceptional. Beautiful hotel with heated pool and spa/hot tub.
Room wasn't ready had to wait over a hour didn't get to check in till 8pm. Bed had stains in the sheets. Front desk said employees called out so services was extremely slow. It's very much so overpriced for bad service.
I travel a lot for work, but rarely leave the reviews for the hotels.nnWell, me and my friend enjoyed our stay here (8 nights)! I did not have anything at all to complain about. The receptionists were always nice and friendly! Rooms are great - clean, and cozy. Very nice lobby. Stacy cooked a delicious breakfast (eggs, hash browns, sausage, and of course my fav pancakes !!), he was very sweet! Also, John, the bartender, was so attentive and caring! We loved the bar, it was nice to sit there and chat over a glass of wine.nThanks to everyone working in this hotel, you made our stay very pleasant and memorable!
