I'd began a rigorous promotion/relocation experience with my job when I reached out to Joy and needed accommodations moved along very quickly. Not only was she prompt in response, she has been the most courteous and helpful part of my relocation thus far. I'm currently residing in one of the corporate apartments and it has by far exceeded my expectations. Without a play on words, she has been an absolute JOY to work with. I would recommend the services to anyone looking for corporate housing and I would recommend Joy to anyone who needs a breath of fresh air as it relates to customer service. She is definitely a gem. Working with HSH was a great experience. We lived in one of their residences for 6 months while our home was being remodeled. The HSH team was quick to respond via email to any account questions and submitted work requests on our behalf in a very timely manner. We would certainly use HSH again if we needed temporary housing.

We have worked with Karen and HomeSuiteHomeNC over the past several months. We're having a house built in the Raleigh area and needed to find a short term rental for the duration of the construction. From the beginning the whole HSHNC team was super helpful. They responded instantly and patiently to our many questions and sent a short list of potential apartment complexes that would meet our needs. We visited each apartment complex and what blew us away is that they all knew Karen personally and told us how much we would love working with her and HSHNC. This has proven to be the case.nnWhen we actually selected a property, Karen advised us to wait a week before signing because the rental rates at the apartment complex were due to decrease, which they did. We moved in earlier this week and it was so simple and seamless. HSHNC arranged for time at the loading dock and had all the information we needed for our stay laid out in the apartment when we arrived. The apartment is furnished beautifully and comfortably and we feel like we've come home.nnI tried to work with two other executive/temporary rental companies and they either did not respond to me or they proposed outrageous prices because I was not a part of a major corporate account. Karen treated us wonderfully by contrast.nnI would unhesitatingly recommend working with HSHNC if you need a short term furnished rental in the Raleigh area. You won't regret it.

After graduating college at North Carolina State University I needed to find a place to live before I found where my new job was. I liked the Raleigh area and decided to rent a furnished apartment! Home Suite Homes provided an excellent home for me until I needed to relocate for my job.
