Our bed and pillows were super comfy. HUGE shout out to the morning and evening attendants on site. They were both super sweet and super helpful. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday for a weekend getaway and they also really sold us on Greenville and shared some of their favorite spots around town. The whole hotel looked, smelled and felt VERY clean and VERY inviting. Well lit areas made us feel safe. Everything was so fresh and bright. We especially liked the on demand coffee in the lobby. Great location too! Super quiet. I've stayed at four different hotels in Greenville and this is by far our favorite. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Greenville.
I didn't stay here but, I did stop in to ask for directions and the lady who helped me was awesome for taking the time out to help me! Usually front desk clerks are the front line of hotels and if they're nice and courteous, that means, you w find a great place to lay your head! Thank you!
Terrible customer service. Have several properties in Greenville and 38 between Raleigh to Wilmington. Never stayed at a Candlewood suites so I thought I would try it. Me and another colleague had to complete a due diligence on a possible apartment complex purchase, we were exhausted from the day, just wanted to check in and relax. The front desk personal has no idea how to treat customers, was very rude and nasty. Theres too much competition to put up with this kind of BS especially when I'm paying for a service. Will never stay there again. I'll just stick to what I know. I do not or will be recommending this hotel....Good Luck! Hire people that can come up with solutions not morons that only care about themselves.
I popped in last minute on my way to Swan Quarter. Reception was professional and fast. Check in easy. Stayed one night. It was quiet, well air conditioned and clean. Slept the night without incident. Morning check out was easy. Would recommend!
The room was great: fridge, stove, dishwasher with full dishes, silverware, pots & pans! The bed was very comfortable. The staff esp: Latesha & Ashley were awesome!
