1st thing we had no hot water in our room, they fixed that by mistake I got us no problems there. 2nd thing later that night at around11:30 pm the smell of marijuana was so strong the whole entire fort smelled. My kids were next to the room where it was coming from and were actually getting a contact buzz from it. The music was so loud and there were tons of people in and out of that room. When I approached the front desk they didn’t take care of the problem they just refunded my money and sent me on my way. I spent the next 3 hours trying to find a room somewhere else. I will never ever recommend the best western of Elizabeth city.
Always my favorite place to stay when visiting family in Elizabeth City. Nice , clean rooms and friendly staff and as a bonus plenty of little shops and food places nearby.
Fast Check-in, Clean Room, Comfortable bed. No Hair dryer in the room. The breakfast bag was a nice try.
Daja and Melissa were great and tried to be very accommodating but this hotel is the worst and we could not stay due to the unbearable conditions.
Staff was friendly and helpful. L' Cristi from the front desk was exceptional. The rooms are extra small the bathroom I couldn't even turn around in. The service I received from the staff was great. I felt closed in, in the rooms from the size and no outside light.
