The Foreman House is my favorite place to stay in Elizabeth City. Mel is the best host you can ask for. Breakfast is always excellent but the atmosphere in the house at any given time is charming. Make sure to take time to sit in the parlor. I always spend at least an hour in there looking at all of the decoration and just taking in the ambiance. The rooms are awesome but the bathrooms are my favorite part. They are warm and spacious with plenty of towels.nnDo yourself a favor and stay here the next time you are in town. You won't regret it.
Mel made our stay feel like home. He is the best host and service I've received. I will make sure to stay here again whenever I'm in EC again.
Mel is very accommodating and always makes you feel like you're at home. Love this bed and breakfast.
