This was a phenomenally maintained and modern room. It was clean, calming and comfortable with friendly staff, an indoor pool and complimentary breakfast buffet. It has all the in-room amenities one might need for a one night stay or a couple-week long stay. Most rooms I have stayed in that are this nice (and in a bigger city) are easily over $100 a night. I was not here long but did not see anything I didn't like. I was also located very close to my appointments. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Durham.

Nice hotel. Located in Durham but very close to Chapel hill. Good tasteful Christmas decorations. Cool place to sit and lounge in the lobby
Very clean. Great for the student or executive on business. However, there is construction behind the hotel and the construction crew was out there quite early. A little noisy due to the early morning construction. Otherwise a great stay.
This is my go to hotel whenever I'm visiting Durham on business. The staff is very nice, and my room is usually clean. My only disappointment is the noise level. Each time I've visited they place me near the fire escape or an ice machine. It sounds like people are slamming doors all night long. ud83dude11
