Spacious rooms w. sufficient kitchen supplies; carpets were faded/dated; free breakfast but was limited due to COVID. Very convenient to be able to check-in on app for keyless entry.
This place is terrible. Poor customer service, the front desk staff was completely rude. The room had a thermostat, but it only offered a Fan setting and did not cool or heat. We were completely uncomfortable temperature wise the entire night. It looked clean, but outside in the hall it was extremely strong odors of marijuana, smoke and food. I would not recommend this place or will ever be back!
Room was comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were pleasant. Guest services very helpful.
Great location, atmosphere, beautiful room with balcony,clean, and amazing customer service! My husband and I will definitely be back!
Lady was extremely rude and stereotyped me while trying to make reservation. I’m a young Black male and was told “ I can tell there’s already going to be damage to the room” and was hung up on before I could even complete my reservation.
