Wonderful experience! I must say that everything was excellent! The front desk employee Arman made it a very pleasant stay. Beautiful rooms and atheistic. The rooms were excellent and surprisingly comfortable. The room service it very quick and the staff is genuinely happy to help! They’re pet lovers if you need a place for you fur baby to stay. Highly recommend!
The primary reason for a poor review is due to the cleanliness. All 4 pillows on the bed were badly stained. Even the attendant said he wouldn’t use them. The replacement pillows brought up were also badly stained. Only one wasn’t. The sheets also had yellow stains. I had already complained, and by this point it was 1:30 AM, so I just slept in my clothes and a hoodie. A mostly sleepless night. I don’t understand why there were not protective cases on the pillows, or on the mattress for that matter. The bed was also poorly made. Sheets and blanket just shoved under mattress. No attention to detail at all. Hair in the shower and a badly worn vanity as well. Rooms need some updating.nPhotos of this hotel are very deceiving. Much smaller than depicted. The seated patio area featured, is just some furniture in front of the hotel, in facing the parking lot and busy Franklin Street. Total disappointment. It’s only saving grace is the restaurant. It was fantastic and the service was superb.nnI would not recommend staying here. The housekeeping staff and management have much to learn about cleanliness. Especially in the age of Covid.nnI would recommend the restaurant though!
Anthony and the entire staff made this experience smooth and perfect for my wife and I. Every question was answered before I arrived and every request was met after I arrived. Definitely the best hotel customer service that I have seen in North Carolina!nSiena, I plan on seeing again very soon. ud83dude42
Great overall experience and service! I felt so relaxed by the time I checked out. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
This was a wonderful place to stay. They even gave me a room upgrade that I didn’t ask for. Nice and roomy shower and fantastic bed. I only wish it had a microwave, but that’s nitpicking. I highly recommend!!
