The hotel was very pretty! The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that the elevators made horrible noises, which was really scary. They sounded like some sort of death trap. Also, in their pursuit to be beautiful and modern, they lost quite a bit of functionality, in my opinion.
Air conditioning didn't work, rooms are very run down
The room I booked had ants all over. I placed some food on the side table for 10 minutes and when I came back to it it was covered with ants. I realized there was ants all across the bottom of the wall. I have pictures for proof as well. My room was switched but was switched to a handicap accessible room. Therefore, I went from a nice bathroom to a bathroom that has no separate shower. It’s all just a big open space. The shower head was also shorter than others so I was to tall for it. Nice hotel but very bad experience.
LOVE THIS PLACE!!
Nice clean room, updated amenities and comfortable beds. The best part of this hotel is the rooftop bar with views of Charlotte. The app makes it nearly contact free, which is another nice feature. The restaurant and bar are open, but other amenities are closed because of covid.
