Very good. Kimberly was amazing at the front desk. I couldn't tell where the Rave party was coming from, either above my room, next door to my room or outside in the parking lot but it finally calmed down after midnight. Then heard some loud cackling ladies in the hall way at 5 AM and then they started blasting music for a second. Seems like stuff that is weird guests are doing and not on your part. Loved the big garden tub and the bars and restaurants within walking distance
It was ok. Definitely won’t stay here again though. The first room, upon checkin, was dirty and actually had clothing still in there on the floor. Went down stairs. They moved me to another “non smoking” room. Walked into a smoke shack. I walked back out and went downstairs. Third time moving me, it must be good, right? Nope. There wasn’t any towels, and mold in the tub. At this point it was 3am and I just closed the bathroom door and passed out. They didn’t move me again, stayed in the mold room 2 more nights.
I loved the hotel great from the time we got there to the time that we left it wasna very nice room. The bed was so comfortable. I need a pair of those bed sheets lol they were amazing. The staff was exceptional and very polite service welcoming. I would suggest this hotel to anyone we also had a jacuzzi in the room which was amazing.
My boyfriend and I stayed there a couple of weeks ago. The room seemed fine at first until we started seeing roaches in the bathroom and behind the fridge. It made the stay very uncomfortable. Also we were on the first floor and at about 6:45-7:00 AM I was woken up by really loud talking and laughing so I went down to the breakfast area just to see it was the 2 housekeepers sitting down joking and laughing, also heard them using profanity. It was very unprofessional. I hate this happened bc the girls working the front desk were just as sweet as could be. Kim and Brandi I believe were their names.
Comfortable stay. Front desk representative Kimberly was very polite and helpful. She made sure everything I needed for a good night's stay was seen to.
