For clarity, I did not stay in the rooms. I cannot rate that at all.nnI did come here for a party in one of the conference rooms. A big component of this, was a visual video connection. My one job. I have never been in a hotel with worse internet. People could barely say hello to the birthday girl. Very disappointing.
We had a late night so once we finally got ready for bed and pulled the covers back we got the wonderful surprise of a whole intact toenail and a dead bug. But it gets better we were told we could come downstairs and get fresh sheets that we would have to change ourselves. An no when asked for them to at least sanitize the bed we were told no because the cleaning people wasn’t there, and no they weren’t able to even accommodate us with another room. Looking at this hotel you would think it was very nice and clean but again no it wasn’t. This has turned our whole trip sour. Won’t be coming back and will not recommend.
We booked a room with a King Bed and paid in advance. We got a room on the 2nd floor with 2 doubles. Not cool. Also, there is a Mask REQUIRED sign on the door, elevators and hallways. The Covid variant is raging and many folks had NO masks and were NOT asked by staff to wear one. I would not stay here again.
It was great!! We checked in late and the desk clerk greeted us like an old friend! The hotel was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come again.
