We came here for the spring break, hoping to escape the busy life and enjoy some tranquility during the Easter week. The view is great, and the location is convenient. However, in the early Monday morning, machines are digging up the perfect parking lot in front of the building, making a lot of noise which is unbearable. We are upset that we were not notified by the situation in advance, and we are paying hundreds of dollars a day to listen to the darn noise during our vacation. The question is 1) why on earth chooses the Easter week to do this job, as it is a busy holiday season? 2) why needs to repave a parking lot in perfect condition? Someone is making money off this, and the condo owners are paying for it.

We stayed in condo 606 and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a place to stay. The view was absolutely breath taking but the condo was filthy. I let my 9 month old down to crawl around and when I picked her up her knees and hands had black stuff all over them from the floors being so dirty. There was mold growing everywhere, water in the closet (no idea why), vents where constantly leaking water, shower curtains had mold on bottoms, musky mildew smell, door handle about to fall off the first day we got there to go in condo, the first bathroom tub was stopped up. This condo needs major renovation before another family rents this out!!
Beach front, great views, clean & safe sandy beach. Wonderful vacation place with friends and family.
My aunts live here and they love it and I love to go and visit. In the summer I can go half a day on the beach then spend the rest of the day lounging at the pool.
