Dolphin Watch is very outdated. I rented this home in 2004-2007 and it has NOT been updated.nOut experience was, it was dirty , outdated , forget wifi, and the WORST is the BUGS... yes when it gets dark at night 4” bugs that look like large roaches invade the deck , we could not sit out at night....and all this for $14000.00.nEmerald isle realty treated us very poorly ,you check in at 4 , day lost , and check out following Saturday at 10 , so you vaca is cut by 2 days . and THERE ARE NO KING BEDS ....mis representation .the pool needed cleaning upon arrival and when they came to clean the next day , we were out of the pool for 2 hours . .oh and no gas in the gas grill....really....nThis home is in serious disrepair in my opinion .

Convenient semi luxury right at the beach ,very clean , cleaned by local cleaning service (Tap's Cleaning) close to restaurants
