I have always had a positive opinion of CVS, and have used the services for many years. Recently I switched to Walgreens for its convenient location on my usual routes. I have gone back to CVS for 2 reasons: 1) they’re a registered provider on my new insurance, and 2) they never bombard me with texts and reminders like Walgreens did, and the phone system is MUCH faster and easy to use, and I don’t have to talk to a recording at length with each order or call! The staff in the Pharmacy are always courteous and helpful. It makes my life MUCH less stressful.nThank you CVS!

I had a prescription sent over from the urgent Care across the street, and had the worst experience with this pharmacy. The tech (didn't get her name, but she was a light-skinned girl with a wrap on her head) VERY obviously did not want to be there. She rolled her eyes several times while telling us she hadn't received the prescription yet. No big deal. We went to McDonald's and ate in the car, then came back through the drive thru about 20-30 minutes later. She was very aggravated to see us again. She got another girl (white girl with long, curly hair) to come tell us that they had just received it (which is bull-the doctor sent it immediately) and they were about to close, so they couldn't fill it. I absolutely believe they just wanted to go home, so they made up a story in hopes that we would just go away and come back in the morning, but we actually live 30 minutes away. We wanted to grab the prescription while we were still in the area; otherwise, we would have chosen a pharmacy closer to us. I wish we would have. Now my sick son has to wait another 30 minutes to an hour before he can go to sleep in his bed while we go back to the urgent Care, get the prescription transferred, then drive to another pharmacy. I hope your pharmacy girls have fun doing whatever was more important than getting my son his medicine.

Cant believe they reject my blue cross for prescriptions. I also have terrible experiences with staff in pharmacy.

I'm a pretty big fan of this place. It's close and convenient and has just about all of the small things you would need. It is rather expensive but I think that's what you pay for the convenience. Good service too.
